If any 3rd party online render farm wants to add renderStacks support, this is what you can do.
1. Place “quasiKrystalLib.mse” files in a startup script folder.
2. Run this code to activate the pass you want.
rstck.load() rstck.ActivatePass [passname] target:#local
3. Run your code for output path what not.
That’s it!
If you support renderStacks activation on your farm, you can just ask user upload one file to render 1000s of different passes. This can save a lot of upload traffic for your farm!
Obviously supporting this will cost money. But, we can certainly talk about the terms. 🙂
