Renderstacks question
Hi, not sure where to post, and you have no contact details i could find. 

Im looking for a renderpass manager, yours looks interesting!  
 Does it have the capability to select all objects in a layer and apply changes to them, even if new objects are added to the layer later?   With Prizm, i found that if new objects were added to the layer after the process was defined/recorded, they would not have the changes applied, only the original objects would be affected.  (like it was storing the selection as a list of objects internally rather than "whatever is in this layer")

Yes, that's exactly why I made Layer Set in renderStacks.
You can define object selection by layer and whatever you throw in the layers will be used.
Layer is the best way to manage scene in 3dsMax
